If you ever feel overwhelmed by the pressure to do it all – you know, be a good parent, do your job well, keep up with the endless chat on WhatsApp, see your friends, and look after yourself – then this episode is for you. Mary ‘Badass’ Meadows is a life coach who works with mums (and dads) on slowing down, getting some balance and taking control of the things in life that make them feel bad.

As a mum to a six-year-old herself, she knows how challenging life as a busy mum can feel. We had a brilliant chat and covered ways we can all set some boundaries, and how we can make very tangible positive changes to our lives.
