I think it’s fair to say that most mums discover one or two kids’ clothing shops that they just love and go back to time and time again. Mine are split into budget buys (Sainsbury’s TU, Mothercare) and pricier (Boden, Polarn O. Pyret) depending on how healthy my bank balance is looking.
Looks like celebrity mummy Victoria Beckham is the same (doubt she has a favourite budget shop though). Today, she was out in London with husband David, sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz and daughter Harper (or as I like to call her The One With The Cutest Cheeks Ever). The family were in Notting Hill, celebrating Cruz’s 8th birthday and I spotted that Harper was in a checked dress from Caramel Baby & Child.
It’s not the first time that Harper has rocked a Caramel outfit. Last week, she was in a khaki checked dress at New York Fashion Week, and back in December 2011, Posh was spotted in the London store stocking up on their clothes. They’re a bit too pricey for my budget, but it’s nice to look and dream of a lottery win, isn’t it? (Note to self: must actually play the lottery if I hope to win it one day.)
Aaah, David Beckham! My love for him just keeps on growing. These dresses are lovely, but can you imagine paying that much for something they’re just going to get food all over? I’m exactly the same as you with the shops I buy baby clothes from! You can’t beat a bit of H&M either.

My toddler would definitely end up with paint and baked beans all over hers! Harper always looks so pristine…
