So after I enjoyed doing a vlog last week on what motherhood means to me, I’ve done another one!
I’ve been thinking about doing more video for a while, but my lack of skills and knowledge when it comes to filming and editing has so far put me off. But seeing other bloggers like Kate from Wit Wit Woo, Charlotte from Write Like No One’s Watching and Kiran from Mummy Says get their vlog on – and doing it so well – has inspired me. So I’m teaching myself how to do it all. Hence why my videos are, hmm, basic for now, to say the least. But I will learn how to do better captions, title sequences, music, editing, voiceovers and the like – just you wait.
This vlog is me wittering on about some gorgeous buys from H&M Kids. And apologies, I do say the words “gorgeous” and “cute” a lot. Which is a bit annoying. But then, the stuff I’m showing you IS SO GORGEOUS AND CUTE. So let me off, yeah?

Loved this Alison, you’re such a natural! Loving the haul video 🙂 And loving the jumper you’re wearing too! I am such an H&M fan (although still Hennes is my mind!) and shop there all the time for my girls, especially Allegra. Can’t believe how good value the clothes are there and some gorgeous designs. Has also become my go-to place for presents for little ones! X

I remember when people used to call it Hennes! what a blast from the past. Also I LOVE this, I wish I could just talk at the camera, whenever I try and do it I have to stop and start a million times! I want to do more hauls though so will try again. You’ve made me want to buy all these things and I don’t even have a girl. Although I kinda want the crown myself! xx

You’re so good at this. I had to go on camera every once in a while for work and was horrendous even when scripted. My shop at H&M now and again for my two boys. I find that some of the girls’ leggings are seriously cool for boys too especially now it’s a bit colder and they’re wearing wellies a lot. The girls leggings are a bit brighter and more fun.

Well done you- great video! I’ve only done a handful myself but I’m really enjoying it and it makes a fresh change for readers. Plus I love seeing and hearing my fave bloggers speak for a change. Great picks- H&M are brilliant for kids clothes…I’m obsessed with their adult range so I can’t wait to have a baby to branch into their other stores! x
